Do you need a referral?

You do not need a referral to see the chiropractors at Rise since they are primary care doctors. Some of the other practitioners, you may need a referral from your medical doctors for insurance purposes ONLY, otherwise you do not need a referral.

how do i book an appointment at Rise Chiropractic and wellness centre?

You can call in to our receptionist to book an appointment or book through our online portal, the Jane App.

what should i expect from my first visit?

Almost all the practitioners will conduct a history, physical examination and with that information, tailor an individualized treatment plan to help you meet your goals!

What should i wear to my first visit?

Please dress in comfortable clothing! Your area of injury will need to be accessible. The hands on treatment usually entails skin contact. For physiotherapy sessions, please wear work out clothing as you will be doing exercises.

Yes! With your consent, our practitioners work together as a team to ensure your care is well-coordinated and personalized. Whether you're seeing a chiropractor, physiotherapist, massage therapist, or acupuncturist, they can share relevant information to support your progress and help you reach your goals more effectively

Do you offer care for pregnancy or postpartum recovery?

Yes, we provide pregnancy-safe treatments including prenatal massage, acupuncture for fertility and postpartum care.

Do you treat children or babies?

Yes, Dr. Vanessa Salerno, is trained to work with babies for issues like torticollis, milestones, latching issues and more.

Is there parking available?

We offer free parking for all our clients right outside the clinic. If parking is full right out the clinic, you can use the parking all along the front of the Flexworks warehouse.

Is your clinic covered by insurance?

Most of our services are covered under extended health benefits.

Do you have evening or weekend appointments?

Yes! We offer extended hours including select evenings and weekends to fit your schedule
